The patient is a 71-year-old male with low ejection fraction undergoing multivessel high-risk PCI with Impella CP® support. The team performs rotational atherectomy, IVUS, Shockwave intravascular lithotripsy and stenting in LAD and then Shockwave, IVUS and stenting in the circumflex.
